About Ordering

Absolutely! We ship to locations around the globe. No matter where you are, we’ve got you covered!

We don’t have a physical store. All orders and transactions are handled online through our website.

No worries! Our  website automatically displays prices in your local currency. If you’d like to switch currencies, just use the currency icon located at the bottom left or top right of the screen. 

If your order is marked as “pre-order,” it will have a specific shipping date. If we can ship it earlier than that date, we’ll email you with the updated shipping information and tracking number.

Sometimes email delays can occur. If you don’t receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, and it’s not in your junk or spam folder, please email us at info@annexkayclothing.co.uk.com with your name and order number. We’ll be happy to assist you!

For domestic orders, we use Royal Mail. For international shipments, we use both DHL and Royal Mail.

Unclaimed or refused deliveries will incur charges for both the original shipping cost and the return cost. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where there is an issue with the order.
