Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Processing time is the duration needed to prepare your order before it’s shipped, which is different from the shipping time it takes for delivery. For items that are ready to ship, we typically process orders within 1 to 3 working days.
Processing Times for Made-to-Order Items
For items labeled “made to order,” processing times vary between 3 to 14 working days, as stated in the item description.
UK Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 1 to 3 working days
- Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12pm GMT are delivered the next working day (excluding made-to-order or custom orders)
All UK orders are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched.
International Delivery Times
- Europe Delivery: 2 to 4 working days
- US Delivery: 2 to 4 working days
- Standard Delivery (Rest of the World): 3 to 15 working days
- Express Delivery (Rest of the World): 2 to 7 working days
Tracking numbers are provided for all international orders, with shipping handled by UPS or Royal Mail for standard delivery.
Custom and Import Fees
Due to the EU Brexit law, VAT and customs fees are now charged in the destination country. Items may be subject to import fees upon delivery, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
